Comparatively Evolution and Expression Analysis of GRF Transcription Factor Genes in Seven Plant Species

Growth regulatory factors (GRF) are plant-specific transcription that play pivotal roles in growth and various abiotic stresses regulation. However, adaptive evolution of GRF gene family land plants still being elucidated. Here, we performed the evolutionary expression analysis from seven representative species. Extensive phylogenetic analyses structure revealed number genes, QLQ domain WRC identified higher was significantly greater than those lower plants. Besides, dispersed duplication WGD/segmental effectively promoted expansion family. The patterns target genes were found multiple floral organs abundant actively growing tissues. They also to be particularly expressed response stresses, with stress-related elements promoters, implying potential development stress. Our interaction network indicated similar results GRFs resist cooperation other like GIFs. This study provides insights into family, together valuable for future functional researches plant stress biology.
